In the picture, it looks cheap iPhone version is referred to as "iPhone Light". The size is more or less comparable to other smartphones in the next sketch is written as an "iPhone 5S".
If this sketch actually comes from Apple, the iPhone may eventually be carrying the Light 4-inch screen size as the iPhone 5 at this time. Physical design also looks similar to the round Home button on the front and a front camera.
Some of the difference lies in the size of the iPhone in the sketch depicted Light which is thicker than the iPhone 5S.
In addition, the design of the back of the two devices are different. iPhone Light appeared to have rounded periphery, similar to the iPod Classic.
As quoted from Phone Arena, this information is said to have been deemed sufficient by the accessory manufacturer to start making iPhone casing Light, as can be seen in the picture above.
Additional information can be obtained from the sketches is the rear camera iPhone 5S which presumably was carrying double LED flash.
Both the iPhone 5S or iPhone Light seen carrying the design layout placement of buttons, speaker, and connector similar to the current iPhone 5.
There is no other information about the iPhone specifications iPhone 5S and Light beyond this sketch. Both devices are expected to be introduced by Apple around the third quarter of this year, along with the release of iOS 7.
